Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards of conduct required of all users of the PrimeAssist Platform. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

2. Prohibited Tasks

You may not create, accept, or perform Tasks that involve:

• Illegal goods or services of any kind.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or controlled substances.
• Prescription medication without valid authorisation.
• Gambling, money laundering, or transfer of funds for third parties.
• Adult services or content.
• Activities that endanger health or safety.
• Anything that breaches applicable local, national, or international law.

3. Prohibited Behaviour

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination against any user.
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or providing false documentation.
• Attempting to transact outside the Platform to avoid fees, receipting, or documentation.
• Sharing another user's personal data without consent.
• Creating multiple or fake accounts.
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or the matching system.

4. Platform Integrity

• Do not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
• Do not introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security.

5. Reporting Violations

If you witness a violation of this policy, report it immediately to abuse@primeassistcare.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

6. Enforcement

PrimeAssist may, at its sole discretion, issue warnings, suspend accounts, withhold payments related to violating Tasks, or permanently ban users. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
