What is PrimeAssist?
PrimeAssist is a trusted personal assistance service that connects clients with verified, background-checked assistants who handle everyday responsibilities including errands, bill payments, shopping, appointment coordination, and administrative tasks. Every task is completed exactly as instructed, with receipts and documentation provided for every action.
How is PrimeAssist different from other gig services?
Unlike informal gig platforms, PrimeAssist operates through structured processes designed to protect both clients and assistants. Assistants do not make financial decisions or exercise discretionary control over client resources. Every task begins with clearly defined instructions and approved limits, and every action is supported by verifiable receipts and documentation.
What services does PrimeAssist offer?
PrimeAssist offers errand management (prescription pickups, deliveries, returns), bill and invoice payments, shopping (grocery and online), appointment and vendor coordination, and general administrative support. All tasks must fall within the approved scope and spending limits set by the client.

How are assistants verified?
Every assistant goes through a rigorous 14-step vetting process including application review, video interview, identity verification, background check, responsibility tier selection, contract signing, NDA signing, and supervisor assignment. No step can be skipped — each stage is locked until the previous one is fully completed.
Can assistants make spending decisions?
No — this is our Golden Rule. Assistants have zero discretionary spending authority. They are strictly executors who follow your pre-approved instructions exactly. They cannot make independent financial decisions, retain funds, or take any action outside the defined task scope.
What happens to receipts and documentation?
Every receipt uploaded by an assistant is permanently timestamped and locked upon submission. Records cannot be edited or deleted by anyone — not even administrators. You can view and download your complete receipt package at any time from your client dashboard.
What is the Responsibility Tier System?
PrimeAssist uses a responsibility tier system to match assistants with tasks they are qualified and comfortable handling. Tiers range from $5,000 to $200,000+. Higher tiers require additional identity verification. Assistants only accept assignments within their approved tier.
Payments & Refunds
How does payment work?
Client funds are held in escrow before task execution. The full spending limit is held until you confirm task completion. Once you confirm, our finance team reviews documentation and releases the assistant's fixed service fee. Unused funds are automatically returned to your balance.
What is the service fee?
Compensation is $300 per completed assignment, with an additional $300 for expanded assignments, plus an optional $100 weekly availability retainer (paid only after the first assignment is completed and with no guaranteed hours); this is not hourly work.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused escrowed funds are returned automatically upon task confirmation. If you cancel before an assistant accepts, you receive a full refund. If a dispute is upheld, a full or partial refund is issued. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I raise a dispute?
You can raise a dispute directly from your client dashboard when reviewing submitted proofs, before confirming completion. Our monitoring team will review all evidence and resolve the matter within 3–5 business days.
Applying as an Assistant
How do I apply to become an assistant?
Click "Apply for a Position" on our homepage or navigation. Complete the 4-step application form including personal information, professional background, responsibility tier selection, and agreement confirmations. Our team will guide you through the remaining steps of the 14-step vetting process.
What documents do I need to apply?
All applicants need a government-issued Driver's License (front and back). Depending on your selected authorization tier, additional documents may be required: a selfie photo with your ID for tiers above $20,000, and SSN card plus live video verification for tiers of $50,000 and above.
How long does the application process take?
The complete 14-step process typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on how quickly you complete each stage and how quickly verification can be confirmed. You will receive email updates at each stage.
How are assistants paid?
Assistants receive a fixed service fee per completed assignment, released by the finance team after admin review. You are also eligible to submit reimbursement requests for documented out-of-pocket expenses such as transportation or parking.
