We do not guarantee that any particular Task will produce the outcome a Client expects. Task success depends on accurate Client instructions and factors outside our control.
The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services (payment processors, merchants, delivery providers). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of these third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeAssist disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on Platform information or use of the services, except as expressly set out in our Terms of Service.
